Most of the "weather blocking" I see on newer installations is plastic flashing which would not be visible in the photos here.
I usually call it out when there is no flashing installed on the top of the tile (secondary flashing?). There are roof jacks at the vent pipes, assumed to be sealed to the underlayment but no lead or sheet metal flashing visible above, only a bit of mortar filleted around the pipe. Is this something I should be recommending repair for or is this acceptable?
