I've seen many times when someone has a friend with a camera, and they run up to (anyone they want a photo with), get in the pose and the photo is taken before the other person (or persons) can react.

Or they are taken by surprise and don't want to appear like a jerk.

I would be interested in hearing from Frank and/or Scott about how the photo came about.
