Second, "definite foundation movement" does not fit in the same sentence thought as " with 2 hairline cracks", unless you are referring to two different things, i.e., "hairline cracks" do not equal "definite foundation movement".
The floor in the home is out of level all the way through and there is apparent movement because I found significant separation on the interior walls.
As others have asked, what type of floor construction? Slab? Monolithic? Or floating slab inside stem walls?
