Yep ...

Charge $175 to walk up and ask: "Are you the sellers?", they reply "Yes.", you ask "So, then, you own this home?", they reply "Yes.", you say "Thank you, I can now certify this home as a pre-owned to the buyers."

Is this a great country or what?
