FHA-HUD-203k Loan Activity
Been reading recently about increased activity in this mortgage funding arena.
It is working for many people wanting to get their home.
Anyway ... I had a long talk with a major financial mortgage group this week and they are marketing the 203k product.
It is going to be interesting to see if it picks up the traction they are anticipating.
