Had a lady call to set up an inspection. she was informed the inspection fee was due at the time of the inspection. I completed inspection and ask for the check but she wanted me to send her a bill in the mail. I informed her that would not work. and that i was not going to move my truck as it was blocking her car in the drive way. she then got out the check for me.
