What I think is irrelevant, but since you asked... I think the Governor of Georgia is cognizant of the fact that an unencumbered free market is better able to insure that the best inspectors will continually compete in the marketplace to provide the highest quality service at the best price to the public, much better than the lame regulations which have plagued our profession from coast to coast.
