I haven't found what I was looking for (what I think you are looking for), but you can start with these:

You can start with those and probably make some phone calls from there.

Now for my question ... Why? Why do you need that information?

The groove width and depth may very well vary between fitting manufacturers, meaning that one-size-may-not-fit-all, you may need to know the manufacturer of the fittings first.

Also, you would need to verify if the grooves were "cold rolled" or "cut".
