I posted that I do almost all reports on sight. The last sentence you had pretty much tells the folks that you need a chance for closer review of you pictures and findings and there may be changes/additions to the report within 24 hours. I actually put in my note that I will email changes no later than that evening. I have a separate saved file that I print off with my report and give to my clients.

If I lived in the north, as I use to, I would more than likely not be doing my reports on site, a portion of it but not all. The older homes that there are in Mass where I once lived and inspected obviously took much longer and had a serious amount more to put into a report than we do in Texas in most of the homes we inspect. I will add that the inspection price did and would be much more than for the basic slab homes we do here and would account for the extra time allotted.
