OK, OK. It's just a wild thought that popped into my head when I saw the pictures.

Not that wild.

That was my first thought too, some type of geo thermal heat loop, then I realized there were too many things 'not right' for that to be the case.

I had to look again and then came up with the filtration/treatment probability.
