All systems go!
I jumped the gun and rather than waiting to hear who could make it I decided to book the suite now (before it is gone).
This is the plan:

6:30 - 9:30
Panorama Suite at the Aladdin Hotel
The last ITA class ends at 6:30 and the last round-table meeting ends at 7:30. ITA does not have any other plans for this evening.
Now I just need to know how much food/drink to get. Do any of you drink alcoholic beverages?
