That just wouldn't have happened in our area.
My dad would have already picked up any tool laying on the road. As a kid, he would have me run across the busy highway just to pick up a screwdriver or a wrench he had seen.
"Look at that son, there a good tool just laying in the road" he would say.
Maybe he was trying to get rid of me in that traffic.
Well guess who gets to pick out his nursing home now?
