To Speedy Petey, Federal Pioneer is apparently a name used up here by Federal Pacific and I have learned that anything Pioneer or Pacific should be called out. Are there newer panels made by this company that are not an issue up here? And how would I I.D. such a thing? I just don't want to be calling out something thats perfectly safe.
