Ignorant Realtors talking

:mad: Today while having breakfast at a local diner I overheard some lame ass realtors talking about how the rising divorce rate was going to be good for the home market in the long run.
They said that when people divorce they will be selling a home and then in the future that both parties would be more likely to be buying another home a piece. A divorce put 3 homes in the marketplace this one old biotch had to say. Why are realtors so stupid?

I believe that divorce is one the largest problems that we have in America today. The majority of children in the United States are not growing up with two parents or a father to guide and direct them. I could go on and on about this, but I will stop here.
