Only if they are working, those were 'running', not 'working'. :)

How do we know they are illegal? Because there were so many in the van - that makes it illegal. :p

Illegal Aliens

They don't get any special concideration when all they did was run away after smashing into and innocent driver. They did not even pause to see if anyone was hurt. All they cared about was getting as far away as possible before the police got there. They should (those particular) gentlemen foreign nationals should be rounded up and dropped in the most southern regions of where they came from after being prosecuted and forced to work to pay for the folks that that van smashed into with pain and suffering expences as well and then shipped back. And further more their country should prosecute them for passsing over the boarder and staying in a foreign country with out any paper work.

I have absolutely no pitty on them and would not put forth anything to protect them or give them special privelage.
