I would like to thank all of you who visit and use InspectionNews as a source of inspection information, education, camaraderie and entertainment. Whatever your reasons are for using this site, Thank You!

You have made InspectionNews what it is today. InspectionNews remains the largest and most used independent source of inspection related information available on-line and it continues to grow everyday because of you. Thank You!

This past year has been tough for everyone. Associations have had a hard time retaining members and conference attendance is not what it used to be. The expense and lack of funds has kept many inspectors from the education and information once received at conferences, seminars and chapter meetings. I can only hope that InspectionNews has helped in some small way to keep inspectors united and keep their knowledge flowing freely, helping those looking for answers.

InspectionNews has also felt the tough economic times with many of the sponsors having to cut back on their advertising budgets. Although the site membership and activity have grown tremendously in the past year I can not blame them or control their budget cuts. I do want to thank the advertisers and remind everyone that InspectionNews is here and is free to join, use and enjoy because of the sponsors/advertisers. Please give them thanks often by not only clicking on their banners and text links but by sending them an e-mail and letting them know you appreciate their support for InspectionNews.

If you have found InspectionNews to be helpful to your business and/or entertaining in any way and you would like to "Give Thanks" in a small way I would be very grateful.

If you have gained the slightest bit of knowledge, learned about a product, found school or conference information, refined your inspection and/or reporting skills or just enjoyed reading the posts of others I humbly ask for you to "Give Thanks" and make a small donation to InspectionNews.

Please consider a donation of only $1 per month for the year ($12) or as much as $2 per month for the year ($24) or more if you can. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

As a Thank You to anyone that donates $75 or more I will give you a free copy of the $99 Cost Of Business program.

Thank You, Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays to you and your families!

Please Donate Here (http://hanntech.com/payment/donation.html)

MR. HANNIGAN,

COULD YOU PLEASE POST A ADDRESS OF WHERE ONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO SEND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO YOU. I DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS.

EVERYONE THAT USES THIS SITE SHOULD IN MY OPINION SEND IN A FEW BUCKS FOR THIS VALUABLE MESSAGE BOARD.

I HAVE BEEN A LURKER FOR A LONG TIME AND I FEEL GUILTY THAT I HAVE NEVER HELPED OUT BEFORE.

C'MON ALL YOU OTHER FOLKS. LETS HELP BRIAN OUT BEFORE HE IS FORCED TO POSSIBLY DO AWAY WITH IT DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING.
THAT WOULD BE A SHAME FOR ALL OF US.

WHO IS WITH ME?

I remember finding this little (4 or 5 hundred members) message board way back in early 2002, when I had LOTS of time to sit and read and learn, and I USED IT.

It provided me so much education that I've been sending people to it since then.

One of the best learning places on the internet for inspectors.

Well worth a lot more than the actual price of admission.

And a LOT more members participating, which only makes it better.

And Hey, the "Cost of Business" for only $75.00. Give the man the money!

What a deal! Though it might curl some of y'alls hair and make you want to do something else when you realize the true cost of doing business as a home inspector.

Brian, as a new-construction inspector for a small city in Texas, I have found Inspection News to be one of the best sources available for continuing education in the "business." Members provide an unending stream of typical and unique issues, opinions and solutions, INCLUDING citations and references, that is unparalleled. I am thankful I discovered Inspection News.

Thank ALL of you.

7,146 members today.

Holy Crap! How it's grown from the few hundred inspectors there were six and half years ago.

And if only half of those members sent in a measley 10. bucks a piece, Brian would have approx. 36K to have for this site and buy himself a slice of pumpkin pie.

Or some new knobbys for his bike.:D

If everyone gave a hundred he could build a nice retreat somewhere and invite us over. Oh wait. That is kinda scary. Too many inspectors in one spot.
