Attic gas furnace, Goodman GMP075-3. Picture shows where it looks like the installer just set a piece of B-Vent over the exhaust fan outlet. Shouldn't there be an adapter to provide a tight fit? The second picture just shows the B-vent run through the roof deck. I think somebody got the fire stop requirement wrong.
