condo inspection

Can anyone tell me about inspecting a condo. I had a call today to inspect 3. and i don't know if it is the same as an home inspection. Does a condo have attic access? where is the heating system going to be located at? Or should i just tell the realtor that i can't do the inspection because i have never done a condo.
