Hello gentlemen, Just in a condo building that has a central water heater. The condo unit has 2 showers. The hall shower operates properly. The master shower starts out with a normal (warm) temperature than it starts to fluctuate between scolding hot & ice cold. Any ideas to the cause.
Thanks in advance.

Jerry, you forgot to post code text.

Huh???

There is code text about mixing valves which may be bad? Where?

By the way, when posting code text, which is what it looks like you did, you should first state what code and edition it is from.
