He needs something bigger than a bob cat to ride around in. Actually he needs a walking job not a sit down job. Actually someone forgot to tell him that all the barbeque meet was not all for him. Along with the baked potatoes, french fries, cokes and everything else at the reseraunt.

Speaking of food. I need a snack.

The second photo was from my inspection. The first wasn't. Anyway, the listing price on the place is $30K. Actually, $29,900. Three bed, one bath. 90+ year old row home. And it wasn't falling down around my ears.
Not the greatest neighborhood in the world, but I've seen worse.

Just to clarify for JP, $30K is the price of the HOUSE, not the inspection fee!
