Fire Alarm Strobe Lighting Level

Does anyone know where i can get a meter to test the lumen output of a FA strobe light?

Is this a listed strobe or some cobbled together parts?

If it is a listed assembly why the concern about the level?

I did a lot of searching on the Internet and came up with nothing to test the light output of the visual alarms.

First, you would need to know the output specified for that system, probably 177 candlea, but maybe not.

I have a sound level meter I use for audible fire alarms.
