Does not matter if it has *DO NOT USE* *COPYRIGHT* *USE AND YOU DIE* all over it. The Fair Use Doctrine would allow the use above.

Kind of like the roving camera drawing I posted, you can use that drawing to depict things, for education, for comment, for many things, as long as you do not use it to actually make it and sell it - that is what crosses the line.

By the way, Ted, if you click on that image, you get the bigger image with the warnings all over it.
