Hi everyone,

I am new in this forum. I am a building/property/home inspector serving in Vancouver, BC.

I think you may aware that British Columbia will be the first province in Canada to license the home inspectors. The system is not prefect now, but it is still a good waiting for 14 years.

Congratulations on having to be licenced in BC. Can't wait till Ontario introduces licencing here. Sooner rather than later. From what I have ascertained it won't be happening anytime soon.
