Is a copper propane line required to be bonded?? How would you go about doing this??

Yes, it is just like any other metal pipe.

The appliance that it is connected to and likely to be energized will provide the ground through the EGC of the circuit feeding the appliance.

This runs from the PP tank to a pressure regulator mounted on the house Say 300 feet to near the electrical service pole. There is an outlet mounted to this pole. What happens if you plug your electric weed whacker in with a cord that has the ground pin removed and the whacker has a motor to case fault. (the ground pin was removed because the breaker kept tripping). And the you proceed to weed whack around the propane tank that is connected by the copper line to the house and is grounded by the circuit equipment grounding conductor serving the furnace?? Is there a dielectric fitting in the pressure regulator? Will this save you??
