MLS listing had 1¼ bathrooms. This was the quarter.

I am going to have to concider that one. Nothing worse than having to take a leak when you are trying to get the laundry done :confused:

Talk about redundancy.... I've just always assumed those laundry sinks doubled as urinals :)

Not on inspections, of course.... that would be bad for business.

It really IS redundant... There's a floor drain not 2 feet away!!

Some people are just too lazy to walk all the way to the corner, I guess...
