Hi guys and, evidently, girls. I'm an old Inspector who's new to the forum. I'm from Mt. Pleasant, SC and was introduced to the forum by a good friend and fellow Old Home Inspector, Bill Jacques. You may have heard of him. Anyway, you're never too old to learn something new, so here I am.
