I think the label would say it's a Peerless from the early eighties.

Neal is right - it is a Peerless either from the late 70s or early 80s. I really think the owner has taken it apart a few times and tried to put it back together again - bolt heads rounded, screws screwed up, ashtray in the bottom, and just a general mess.
