I will admit, right off the bat, that I'm not an inspector. I found your forum while I was looking for some NC code items. SO far, I have found everything I need from previous posts.

I'm a quiet builder. I do jobs for folks that can't afford the regular run of contractors and I do tons of my own work. Does one need to be an inspector to ask questions here?
