Hello everyone,
My name is Mark Mitchell.
I work with a Council Building Inspections Team. Prior to moving over to NZ, I worked in Scotland as a Building Inspector.
I stumbled upon this Forum by pure chance.
It is amazing to see the common problems you guys have to what we have in NZ in particular, Stucco!

We do have stucco, but at least we don't have to deal with the giant roof lobsters I found down there a year or so ago!

Anyway...Welcome Mark. Which part of NZ are you in?
