I'm thinking of Trademarking a slogan I use in my Inspection business.
Haven't done any research yet to see if my slogan is already being used.
My question to the group is what is the general opinion on TRADEMARKING. Is it worth the investment of time and money.
What is best way of going about it. Has anyone Trademark their slogan or had to defend the use of one.

I'm sure some have trademarked their slogans, names, etc. Nick G, is the home inspection trademark king. He has attempted to trademark anything associated with inspections. He has even trademarked his own name!

It is not a difficult process, I think it cost less than $500 to do it. I say go for it if you have the extra funds, what could it hurt.
