Just Inspected and All OK per Agent

Had an agent today insist that I see the HI's report just recently done in March 09. Everything checked out OK, but the buyers financing fell through at the last minute.

I took a look at it just to see what comments were made.

From the report:

Electrical Panel: No disconnect present. All other componets appear to be in working condition.

Water Heater: Heated water present. Burners were in acceptable condition.

I asked her if the report was for the same house.

By the way, if you look close thats my business card in the bottom of the panel that was placed there back in Jan. 2002. Going to dig up my own report from back then and see if things look the same.

Some realtors offer or leave a copy of the report for me to see. I take a look at it but only after I'm done with my inspection. I tell them I don't want to be influenced by prior knowledge.

Almost always there are items missing from the other report.

Even though that FP panel has got to go, that is a main disconnect on the upper left isnt it?

That other report said there was no disconnect.
