This may sound foolish, but I would hope that ALL home inspectors when performing their inspections address any defects related to swimming pools, spas and hot-tub (barriers) enclosures? We all know that pool/spa inspections is a separate service, but their enclosures are a major safety issue for occupants regardless of whatever service the inspector is providing.
