Slab house. How would you like a oil fired boiler in your kitchen. 1957 original.

Yea and it runs all summer for tankless hot water! No AC in house.

We have literally thousands of then here in Levittown Pennsylvania. Sam Levitt built these homes both in PA and on Long Island. First generation radiant heat in slabs in some cases. Many converted to above slab perimeter heating. Still others are retrofitted with heat pumps (bad idea up here)
