Kerosene tank bracing

Is anyone familiar with kerosene tank bracing requirements? The one that I saw today was not secured to the pad in any way.

Because you live in shakerville I am sure there are requirements to keep that from flopping to and fro. ;)

That is a propane tank right next to that isn't it. That should make a nice Boom when it lands on top of that.
