How to Flush a Toilet in Delaware

Is there anyone out there from Delaware that can point me to the facilities, er ah, I mean the regulations for on-site sewage treatment systems (septic systems) in that state?:confused:

In most States that would be regulated by the Health Department. In the 4 states I have worked in that was the case. So that would be a good place to start.
