Though I've been a builder and inspector for some 20 years I just decided to join this inspection news thingy. Y'all sound so damned smart!
The purpose today is I need to find the correct form for an FHA foundation inspection - existing mobile home version. Is there such a form? Further to that, is there a "book of forms" for FHA inspections? I've gotten about 5 FHA inspections since I got "added" to their list last year so it's not a bad source for work but five is too few to get really honed in on all their various paperwork requirements. I'm told increased loan limits will create significantly more work for FHA inspectors so I figure it may be a growing area for all of us.
