Looks like single walled vent connectors off the B-vent tee into more B-vent to the appliances. That appears to be a 4" B-vent oriented with the male end down onto that 3" WH draft hood.

Vent connector clearances have been discussed about three times a week for the last few weeks. I'm out of gas repeating it. Sorry.

Single wall GAS vent with no hood must be 18" from combustibles.
Single wall GAS vent with hood must be 6" from combustibles.
Double wall GAS vent must be 2" from combustibles.
Type B GAS vent must be 1" from combustibles.

Flue pipe should slope at leats 1/4" per foot.
Type B vent should not be over 10 feet horizontal.
Single wall vent should not be over 7-1/2 feet horizontal.

Flue pipe should be supportd every 36".

Male ends should be inside of the female ends in the direction of upward exhaust flow.

I don't have the IRC, but I do have a set of code check books. May not be as good as the IRC, but they do make a good quick reference and they do have the IRC codes in them.

Clearances that I gave are from the vent piping, not the draft hood. There is a difference in clearances if a hood is present in comparison to direct venting as the additional air pulled in from the hood cools the gasses some. Most appliances have a hood.
