Has anyone come across problems in the field from the use of composite or synthetic trim boards like Azek?

MG: Lots of installation problems with all of the new plastic crap materials. Everyone is jumping on that wagon so there are lots of manufacturers out there. Most of the problems I've seen are from buckling due to improper installation; smudging of fingerprints in the material due to cutting it too slowly and melting the crap; using the wrong nails, et al.

As with any new product, it has not been in the field long enough to know how it will perform over time. My best guess is not too well.
