So I finished my first paid inspection yesterday (woohoo!) and noticed something that I've seen quite a lot of - multiple taps on the neutral bus in the panel box. In some cases, there were even as many as four wires crammed into one slot! I've seen this in almost every panel box I've inspected in my practice inspections as well. Is this common everywhere, or just typical Ozarks construction?

Are these in the grounded or grounding conductors?

Most panels will allow multiple grounding conductors in one hole. There are conditions regarding being the same size and material.

Grounded conductors are imited to one per hole.

Congratulations!

It is extremely common in my area to see double and triple neutrals under the same terminal screw.
