Been seeing alot of asphalt shingle roofs covered with Kool-Coat lately. Must be the economy. Any thoughts?

It would be just the same as painting the roof with thick paint. It is crap and does not do anything but hide the condition of the roof.

Would you buy a home that had it roof painted with this stuff?

I think pink with some blue & yellow strips will help...
