I just inspected a LENNOX Complete Heat HM30/AM30 in a 7 years new house. This combination heating system consists a HM30 heat module produces hot water and an AM30 air handler blows warm air. It provides hot water radiant heating in basement, and heating for main floor and upper floor through the air registers on floor.

I already told the buyers to have a further inspection by a dealer technician. Do you have any informaton, comment or suggestion about the system?
