Metal conduit btwn Utility Meter and Panel

The metal conduit between the utility meter and the service equipment panel should be bonded to the panel, correct? There was not a bond wire clamped to the conduit and then to the panel.

Without a pic this cannot be answered.

There may have been a bonding bushing on the pipe in the meter pan or panel.
