Dishwasher disconnect switches - TREC SOP

The TREC SOP says to call out as deficient " the lack of equipment
disconnects;"

So, would you TX HIs include the dishwasher disconnect switches?

If they are cord and plug connected, the cord and plug serves as the disconnect.

If they are permanently wired in place, then you would neither a properly rated switch/disconnect or breaker lockouts on the breakers.
