Hi everyone,

Since I consider all of you my extended family I want to share with you that I will be getting married this Friday, October 2nd. It will be an outdoor sunset/moon rise ceremony at a hotel overlooking Dana Point Harbor in CA.

Both Susan and I are a bit older than the typical couple getting married for the first time so needless to say that we and our families are looking forward to the wedding and a big party to follow.

So if I am not responding to your emails quickly in the next two weeks please understand why.

Congratulations Brian

Wish you and your bride years of happiness.
A successful marriage, just like a successful business, does not just happen, (both of) you have to work at it every day.
I married my wife 17 years ago and still call her my bride.

Woo hoo! Congratulations to both you and Susan!

I hope you have a long happy life together.

Six most important words in marriage (for men):

Yes Dear, you're right, I'm sorry.

Of course my wife says there's actually thirteen.

Yes Dear, you're right, I'm sorry. I promise I'll never do it again!

I've been having trouble with that last seven for thirty years now!

Have a great honeymoon.

Thanks everyone!

Time is ticking away FAST and I'm trying to keep everything under control.

Lots to do to get ready for the wedding but with a little luck I'll take care of it all with little or no surprises.

5:30pm outdoor wedding on Friday, one day before the full moon.

Sunset: 6:34pm
Moonrise: 5:35pm

Keep your fingers crossed for good weather. So far it looks good. 81 and mostly sunny.

What are you worried about? The weather is always good in California.

Remember the song, "It never rains in Southern California."

We're going to be out there next week in SF for about a week. Can't wait to enjoy some of that cooler weather.

I hate to say it Brian but:

If n you have "lots" to do, Yere going bout this all wrong!

All the guy is supposed to do is show up, reasoably on time, reasonably dressed, reasonably sober, reasonably close to where he's supposed to be and say "I do" (with feeling).

Then forever after, it's "Yes dear, you're right, I'm sorry!" again said with feeling

Is not marriage a questionable institution?

Inasmuch as those out of it wish to be in it.

And those in it wish to be out of it!

Brian,

In the picture of the sunset it appears that a small child is being abucted under that deck. Looks as if a child is being grabbed or fondled by an man. Whatsa going on?

Anyone else see it?

Rick,

Looks to me more like a couple making out at the sunset and their child standing there going 'Jeez, Mom and Dad, not in public like that. I don't know those people. Hope no one I know sees me here.'
