New to this line of work

I am new to this line of work and would like to know anything about setting up a new business, I am located in Newfoundland Canada and not sure where to purchase Errors and Ommissions insurance, any info would be greatly appreciated

Do some research in the archive section of this board. This subject has been gone over many times in the past with prior inspectors coming into the HI biz and there is tons of information that you'll find helpful. Keep in mind what may work for one may not work for you.

As far as insurance, call any insurance company in your area and ask them for a reference or you might want to call one of the ones' that advertise on this board site. Maybe they could be of assistance to you.

Once you buy this kind of insurance you will need to keep it going... as this kind of insurance will not cover you if start and then stop doing inspection in 6 Month... It will be like you never had insurance. They have whats called tail end. Check it out. Known what you are getting into.
