Just looking at that makes me SOOoo glad we don't have equipment installed in crawl spaces here!

Here's the bottom of a nasty crawlspace unit I found last year. Crawl spaces are not really common here but we have a few scattered about. They are more common on the eastern shore side of the Chesapeake Bay.

Yeah, I think an HVAC tech should have a look at this one.No, i think you need a couple of flunkys to drag that junk up to the surface first. :)
