Is this acceptable condensate drain pipe material?

No, needs to be a minimum of 3/4 inch so the installation is wrong. Not sure about the code requirement on the material though.
What about the secondary drain?

Plus, it is not trapped either.

NOTHING is right about that condensate drain.

From the other picture you posted in another thread, looks like you need to just recommend getting a professional plumber in there to fix all of the fubar drain pipelines. Nothing there that a good plumber can't fix given about half a day and lots of supplies.
