Is an existing ungrounded exterior receptacle outlet mounted in a compliant outlet box allowed if it is protected by a GFCI breaker?

And required to be if that receptacle has been replaced.

Is 'no equipment ground' labeling required as it would be indoors? I'm thinking yes and am almost feeling dumb for asking.
