I have been a member for a while, I am a builder/remodeler from upstate S.C. and found this site researching a repair request from a HI report for a realtor.
I have found this site to be a wealth of information, I visit daily and I enjoy the personalities as much as the content.
I am not the most computer savvy person so it has taken a while for me to get comfortable with the site.
This a test run and hopefully the first post of many.
