Can anyone decode the date for this Moncrief (was owned by Luxaire)?

SN 113203820812 GSU110EF

Hey mike just a guess is 1938 or 1982 off the serial #

I did run accross a web site on parts for these old dog. so I put in your SN#
Will see if they send me any info back on the correct date foe it. do you have a full face image of the unit?

Sorry, no full-face pic.... some genius installed this furnace in the corner of the basement behind the main plumbing stack with the front of the furnace toward the the foundation wall - I could barely see into the burner area, and could not get a good look at the gas valve, which is usually my backup for approximate dates.

The furnace SN is not a standard York/Luxaire code as it's all digits

From the photo, I can see a space in the S/N # 11320382 0812. Therefore I guss the manufacture year is March 1982 too.
Moncrief furnace is a Div. of York Int'l Corp, please call (877) 874-7378 to confirm.

Looking in Prestons guide I find a model number GSO110ee and GSU110FE. These were manufactured between 1973 and 1976. There is no GSU110EE in the guide.

Correction of last post. I did find a GSU110EF. It was manufacted in 1977 per Prestons Guide.
